Dr. Wallentine is a compassionate provider who cares deeply for each one of his patients. He listens intently and takes as much time as needed in every patient interaction to ensure his patients are comfortable with their treatment plan. Dr. Wallentine empowers his patients by educating them as he works with them to find the best treatment options for their unique situations. He enjoys helping patients with debilitating injuries and those who simply want to return to regular activity and function.
In addition to his medical expertise, Dr. Wallentine was a military captain for the 349th Contingency Hospital Medical Corp for the United States Air Force and the 144th EVAC Hospital Medical Corp for the Utah Army National Guard.
When he is not taking care of patients, Dr. Wallentine enjoys spending time with his family, playing sports, and serving in his community and church.
