Kyle Garcia, MD offers general Urology services and specializes in various urologic conditions, including prostate cancer, kidney cancer, benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), and kidney stones. He strives to truly listen to and understand his patients and uses shared decision-making to establish evidence-based care plans.

Dr. Garcia earned a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from Brigham Young University. He then earned an MBA from Texas Tech University Rawls College of Business, as well as an MD from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. He completed his residency in urologic surgery at the University of Arizona, where he received training in all aspects of Urology, including extensive training in Holmium Laser Enucleation of the Prostate (HoLEP) as a treatment for BPH. He furthered his training with a one-year fellowship in urologic oncology and robotic surgery at Saint John’s Cancer Institute in Santa Monica, CA. While there, he received advanced training in surgical management of prostate and kidney cancers.

Dr. Garcia is a recipient of the George W. Drach Resident Award at the University of Arizona for outstanding patient care in the field of Urology. He was also inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) Medical Honor Society as a medical student.

Outside of his professional life, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and three children. He especially enjoys running and reading historical nonfiction.
